Your regulars still ring.
You get on with the good stuff.
A familiar order. A clearer handover.
No new ordering app for your regulars to learn. Just the number they know, and a helping hand on your side of the counter.
Your existing shop number forwards to CounterHand. The AI introduces itself, then takes the order using your shop’s menu.
Items, options, total and pickup time are read back so the customer can check the order before confirming.
A readable order arrives on your kitchen tablet. The customer pays at pickup, just as they normally would.
Your shop. Your way.
CounterHand helps with the phone. Your menu, your people and your kitchen stay at the heart of it.
Talk through your setupUse call forwarding from your existing number. We’ll talk through your phone setup before you switch it on.
Review your items, prices and options, then open the kitchen screen on a tablet. No printer integration is needed.
A caller asking for a person, a complaint or an allergy question triggers a transfer to your shop. Your team handles the conversation.
Let customers call ahead for a later pickup, even before service starts. You choose when pre-orders begin, and CounterHand schedules pickup around your opening hours and preparation time.
Straightforward by design
With PAYG, you only pay when a customer confirms an order and it reaches your shop. Prefer a lower per-order rate? Choose a discounted pack, valid for 90 days from purchase. Enquiries and wrong numbers don’t incur an order charge or use a pack credit.

Good questions
We’ll recommend a pack based on your actual order usage. Your earliest-expiring credits are used first, and we’ll send expiry reminders. Automatic purchases will take account of your remaining credits and usage, so you don’t build up more than you can realistically use. PAYG is available if you prefer no upfront commitment.
Yes. CounterHand identifies itself as an AI assistant and gives a recording notice at the start of the call.
CounterHand can transfer the call to your shop. That includes a request for a person, a complaint or an allergy or dietary-safety question. Your team still needs to be available to answer transferred calls.
Yes. You can accept phone orders before opening and for later pickup, with times based on your shop’s hours and preparation time. Upcoming orders stay in a separate section on your kitchen screen until it’s time to prepare them.
Call forwarding and recovery depend on your phone setup and the type of interruption. We’ll discuss the fallback arrangements with you before you start.
Order messages can include a link to the order details, so customers can check what the kitchen received. We do not read replies. Use the order link for available contact and order actions.
The opt-out link opens a page where the customer confirms they want to stop future texts. They can use that page to turn texts back on later. We send order messages, not marketing texts.
